General:

The system is developed ingeniously in the office of Chief Engineer (WR) Water resources department. Initial system concept was from Shri P. V. Mannikar (Retd Executive Engineer), The system is designed and developed by Shri R. A. Lengde, Sectional Engineer. System was initially designed for computerisation of record of office correspondence. Now the numerous functionalities integrated to become the system to hold complete office records and to support status of calls.

The System Developement and Support Work is transfered to STDS Cell of GMIDC Aurangabad from Nov-2015

Features in Latest version.

System Requirements

System works in Server-Client Envoirnment, hence needs fast (gigabit) LAN infrastucture and a isolated central computer to work as database server and centralised document store. Usage of system on more that 10 clients may require server.
